Our main goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. But if due to any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it to us within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Q1. Which of the products are eligible for a return?

Ans.The products that have any damaged items are eligible for a return.

Q2. Which products/services are not eligible for a return or a refund?

Ans. All those products that are energized as per one’s Name and Birth details are not eligible for a refund.

If a customer opted for any service like Puja Services, Sadhna Rituals, Consultation, Remedies etc. then there will be no refund in this case as services are non refundable in nature.

Q3. How do I raise a refund request?

Ans. To raise a refund request, you have to call us at +91-8287842077 or drop us an email at baglamukhisadhna@gmail.com regarding your refund request, we will check with your order details and get back to you in 24-48 hours.

The amount to be refunded will be reflected in the buyer’s account in 2-5 working days depending upon the mode of payment used for the transaction at the time of buying.
